Where you find it: Whether or not you find Spray N' Pray revolves entirely around how lucky you believe yourself to be, at least in part, anyway. The only way to get this unique sub-machine gun is to purchase it from a wandering vendor by the name of Cricket who, as you'd suspect, can be found in several different locations. Your best chance to find her is to stalk the entrances of Vault 81, the Warwick Homestead or Diamond City and then wait until she shows up there to sell her wares. Why you need it: Mainly for the same reasons as the fire-spewing Ashmaker. Like the minigun, Spray N' Pray endows its bullets with an extra form of damage which, in this case, is explosive. Every single bullet that escapes the gun's muzzle will cause 15 points of explosive damage with a blast that can catch multiple enemies in its radius. In fact, you can literally shoot at the floor in front of you, and idiot raiders will just charge directly into the resulting explosion and to their doom.
