Where you find it: Even if you've only put a small amount of playtime into Fallout 4, you're likely to have already seen the Cryolator - it's locked behind a secure case in Vault 111's Overseer's office. Unless you're one of those pesky PC players that used a console command to bypass the lock, you'll only be able to retrieve this frosty firearm by maxing out your lock picking skill. Why you need it: Because it's a one-of-a-kind weapon that you're not going to find anywhere else. The Cryolator is essentially the opposite of a Flamer; trading burning flames for a freezing mist. It may chew through your ammo like there's no tomorrow, but freezing a raider in their tracks before they're able to club you to death is a rather helpful ability to have indeed.
