This one's pretty self explanatory: some brave/stupid soul decided to go toe-to-toe with an Alpha Deathclaw, managing to down it with a shot that miraculously triggered a detonation in one of the cars nearby. Pretty cool, right? Except that it catapults the Deathclaw right to the player's position, and astoundingly, the full video of the incident actually shows the player managing to kill the (admittedly badly wounded) beast.
