6. Learn How To Make Antibiotics
Another aspect of survival mode thats extremely promising but also kind of broken is the diseases and antibiotics. There are several illnesses you can catch, contracted by things like being bitten by bloatflies, mole rats or other creatures, eating raw meat or drinking dirty water. The only way to cure these is by using antibiotics, which have been added in specifically for this mode.
You can buy antibiotics off doctors in the wasteland, who can be found in major town hubs or wandering around with caravans of settlers. The problem is, theyre few and far between.
Its also possible to randomly find antibiotics in the wasteland much like you do stimpacks and other meds, but if you want to avoid leaving things to chance, then your best bet is to make them yourself, which you can do with the Rank 1 Chemist perk.
Antibiotics not only cure all illnesses, but fatigue as well.
