10. Timo Horn - FC Koln

Starting with one of the more well known talents in Europe we have Timo Horn.

At 22, the German stopper, is at the older end of keepers to feature on the list but still has plenty of time to develop into a great goalkeeper. Timo became the first choice keeper for FC Koln during the 2012/13 season. He then cemented his place the following year while helping the squad gain promotion into the Bundesliga where he continued to hold onto the no.1 jersey and produced a string of excellent performances between the sticks.

He stands at 6"4 and boasted an impressive 76 skill level on FIFA 15 and a potential rating of 84. The only reason to think anything will be different in FIFA 2016 is that he starting rating may receive a couple of points bump and a sightly heftier transfer fee as a result.
