Fabrice Ondoa is the goalkeeper of choice for anyone playing as a lower league club. His best goalkeeping stat is his handling which makes him ideal for the lower league team since he won't be making as many mistakes as other keepers. Instead, you will have a safe pair of hands and his potential means he will just get better and better as you progress through the divisions. 

In FIFA 15 the 19 year old had a potential rating of 80 and there is no reason to think that he won't reach those highs again in FIFA 16.

He also only cost around £1 million and asked for £1000 per week in wages making him fairly affordable for most teams, especially after offloading a couple of the dead wood players from your rosters.
