Ivan Rakitic enjoyed a very successful first season at Barcelona, playing a crucial role in midfield as he continually stepped in for the ageing Xavi - who has now officially moved on.

The Croatian has seen his FIFA card bump up to an 84 for this year's game as a result, and it's hard to argue with the reasons why. He's been an outstanding La Liga player for several years now.

His passing in particular is something to watch out for.
