21. Fabian Delph - 77

Fabian Delph was the natural successor to James Milner at City. He cost a relatively low price, mimics Milner's qualities and he'll be happy to play a rotational role.

Unfortunately, the way he went about his move to Manchester has angered the hell out of Aston Villa fans, who have brandished him a 'snake'. Fair, really, considering he said he was going to captain Villa this season but turned around and signed for City days later.

He's been a little hamstrung recently though. Karma, some might say.
