18. Gregory van der Wiel - 78

Despite being sat on the average half-decent-right-back overall rating of 78, Gregory van der Wiel has a number of positives to his game this season. 

Not only is he quick enough to live with a large chunk of attackers, he's got a strong physical rating of 74 and good statistics for dribbling, passing and defending. The only problem is that he's a bit of a fuss-arse, since EA have 'forgotten' to add in all of his tattoos.
