Though his rating isn't exactly elite, Gabriel is probably at least partly responsible for the signing of Mustafi from Valencia, so Arsenal fans should be thankful for him.

After making a mighty 9 average defensive actions per game and managing a 90% passing success rate, Gabriel looks like more than a 78 player at times, but he wasn't enough of a stalwart last year to really prove it. Whether he'll even get back in the team now remains to be seen.
