9. Heung-min Son - Tottenham Hotspur

Son arrived at Spurs with an impressive pedigree. Despite being only 24, the South Korean international has a proven record in the Bundesliga, as well as notching 16 goals for his country.

The forward saw limited action last season, but has enjoyed a great start this year. He's bagged braces against both Stoke and Middlesbrough, and is showing little signs of slowing down. He has a decent FIFA 17 rating of 78, but deserves to be well into the 80s in my opinion.
