Quite how much he'll play at Man City after his move from Monaco this summer remains to be seen (given the club's infamous policy of buying people to sit on their bench for some reason), but there's no denying the Portuguese winger is a talented acquisition.
His dribbling makes him great for wide play, and he should have an uplift in overall speed as well on last year.
39. Sami Khedira - Juventus - 84
FIFA 17 Rating: 84
After another strong year anchoring Juventus' midfield in more than 30 games, Sami Khedira has the exact same rating as last year's game. He's not the most flashy of players in the game, but he's as composed and defensively sound as they come and he's a great lynchpin to build a midfield around.
Maybe don't expect too much pace.
38. Sadio Mane - Liverpool - 84
FIFA 17 Rating: 82
The first wrong rating of the year sees Sadio Mane upgraded from last year's 82 to only 84, despite him quickly becoming one of Liverpool's most potent attacking forces.
Expect him to be one of the quickest attackers in the game again (last year he had 92 and 94 for Sprint Speed and Acceleration respectively). But he deserves to be at 86 or above.
