Age is nothing when you're an imperious Italian defender as Andrea Barzagli proved last season by playing 39 times for Juventus in total in all competitions despite turning 36. He's still the same strong, dependable defender, and while he's had a point shaved off from his rating, it's probably fair.
24. Vincent Kompany - Man City - 85

After a season decimated by injuries, VIncent Kompany only managed 11 appearances for Man City in 2016/17, and he probably does deserve more of a downgrade than a single point. But he's still a class player, and as long as he stays injury free, Man City will benefit from his return massively.
23. Henrikh Mkhitaryan - Man Utd - 85

He might be a bigger part of Man Utd's attack on the Premier League this season, but Mkhitaryan only actually played 24 times last season, scoring only 4 times, and his reward is a points downgrade. He still has 86 Pace and Dribbling though, so he's going to have a big part to play both in the game and for Man Utd.
