While many may remember his disappointing spells at
Liverpool and Sunderland, Sebastian Coates has gone on to become a very decent
defender since moving to Sporting Lisbon in 2016.

That initial loan move was soon made permanent, and the
Uruguay international hasn’t looked back since.
In a FIFA sense, Coates has some great defensive stats that
help him achieve an overall rating of 82 – and in FIFA 20, the centre-back’s
strength stat comes in at a beefy 94 that's nicely complimented by an 83 rating for aggression.
At 6’5” and with defensive attributes all in the 80s, this
is a player who could be a prime candidate to pick up in Career Mode and he’ll
be absolutely key to any Ultimate Team players who like to create a Liga NOS-based
side.
