It's almost sickening that Hertha Berlin's Luca Netz is only 17 years old. The German teen has good pace (69) and can be coached into a physical monster who stomps all over the left side of the pitch. In time, he can grow to an 86 overall, which is quite frightening.

That represents a 23-point leap.

Also, Netz is a nice back up defender without any improvement. Be warned though, because his agent is likely to demand more game time than you think if he leaves the cosy nest he's creating in the Bundesliga. Get in there before Dortmund and Munich do!
