Leverkusen's young Jamaican winger combines that 94 pace with great dribbling and solid shooting. That mix makes him one of the first "promising" players you should consider in Career Mode, although his parent club will likely demand some serious cash.

Worth it? If you play with width, then probably.

It's no surprise that most of the quicker players in FIFA 21 are on the younger side. Bailey is only 23 years old, meaning his best years are definitely ahead of him. The former Genk man is a solid option if you enjoy developing players.
