FIFA 21: 10 Improvements To Career Mode We Want To See
10. Expand Create A Manager
One of the few aspects of career mode that actually received considerable improvements in FIFA 20 was the create a manager function. For the first time, players could take charge of a female manager on their journey to managerial superstardom.
In addition to this, the game finally allowed players to make their managers avatar their own, with a level of customisation akin to the one available in the create-a-player mode for years now.
However, there is more to a football manager then their appearance, (even in the case of bald Mourinho), and FIFA has consistently failed to address this in career mode.
A feature borrowed from the Football Manager series that could seriously benefit FIFA 21s career mode is pre-defined traits and experience that would seriously benefit the new title's immersion.
Was your manager previously an internationally renowned star player? Or did he raise his way up the ranks of many a backroom staff to earn his place in the hot seat? Adding predetermined features and traits for managers would allow and even greater array of options for the player to choose from when starting their career.
