Admittedly, young Mr. Havertz has been earning rave reviews for his dynamic attacking midfield work at Bayer Leverkusen, and he is a fine signing for Chelsea despite the huge price tag. Even so, EA's rating for him in FIFA 21 seems a bit presumptuous.

They're obviously certain he'll be player of the season material at Stamford Bridge in the coming campaign.
EA do have habit of boosting promising youngsters into the top 100 just to look trendy. That's what Havertz looks like this year; he's 15 places ahead of Marcus Rashford, 20 ahead of Napoli star Dries Mertens and even 7 up from goal machine Timo Werner.
