20. Reroll Your Initial Heroes For The Best Start

Orbs take a while to earn, but if you’re just starting out and want an early advantage, you can quickly replay the opening missions of the game for another try at those top-level Heroes.

To do so, you’ll first need to uninstall the app and download it again.

Playing through the tutorial and the first three prologue missions will net you a total of 20 Orbs (including 2 that you can collect from your present list on the 'Home' screen). This will let you summon five Heroes.

Ideally, you’ll want at least one 5-star character for the best start; alternatively you can opt to settle for one of your personal favourites from the series. It’s a good idea to aim for multiple 4-stars at least, but any 5-stars you can grab will serve you very well in the long run.

This certainly isn’t essential, so don’t worry if you’ve already started playing or just don’t fancy spending the time, but it’ll set you off on the best foot. There are two caveats as well - firstly, you’ll have to re-download around 400MB of data each time you reinstall the game. Secondly, you should do this before linking the Heroes account to your Nintendo Account.

If you’ve already done so, you can head to 'Account Management' under 'Misc' and hit the 'Delete All Data' button before uninstalling - but if you’ve already claimed any rewards for linking your accounts, you won’t be able to reclaim them on your new profile.
