Christian Pander is a bizarre footballer, and I could understand immediately why some people may have reservations about him as a left back. Tackling 9 is hardly a ringing endorsement of his defensive talent, but there's more to his game. The experienced German can operate all the way down the left flank, and could probably be utilised more effectively as a decent left winger. His Crossing 19 stat is incredible for any player in the world, let alone the free market, while his set pieces would also be a fantastic asset to your team.
