Iver Fossum has the potential to be the heartbeat of your team for years to come. Like Duelund, Fossum's value is low, wages are virtually non-existent, and he's just 18 years of age. On first glance, his stats are unremarkable, but he's got a decent array of physical stats and some highly impressive mental attributes for a young man. The central midfielder can push forward or drop back, it's all down to how you choose to train him up. I'd personally say he's more defensive-minded, but your training regimes can mould him to fit an exact role. If you can give him a couple of Championship seasons, he could become the heartbeat of your midfield and lead your team into the top flight. For less than a million, that's great value.
