Jetro Williams seems to have been around for a long time despite the fact that he's just turned 21. The PSV starlet signals the start of the elite left backs in the list. He really would be an excellent acquisition for a mid-level side looking to reach the next level. Convincing him to leave the comfort of PSV may prove tricky, but he's absolutely worth the effort. With rapid pace and frightening technical ability, Williams could develop into a genuine world class talent.
