2. Joao Cancelo

Joao Cancelo is a fully-fledged impressive full back and he's only just turned 21. He's more than capable of Premier League football from Day 1, with great physicality in terms of pace and strength, commanding mental attributes, and some excellent technical stats. Cancelo is the real deal, and you should be doing everything you can to snap him up.

Valencia have been a great supplier of top players over the years, and while Jose Gaya may seem like the full back (left back) everyone wants in their side, he costs a whopping £30m+ whereas the right-sided Cancelo can be snapped up for a fraction of that. You'll need to be in charge of a decent reputation club, but he could be a world class buy.
