Furthermore, his immense determination (18) means he'll almost certainly reach full potential, and when he does, he'll be one of Europe's best wingers.

You can approach him at the start of the game and pay a paltry £3.8k for his services: an astonishingly low figure, considering a number of his stats reach 17+ when he fully develops.
