If you need a long-term goalkeeper but Gianluigi Donnarumma isn't available, Alban Lafont should be the next name on your list. The Frenchman was just 16 years old when he made his debut for Toulouse, and has since established himself as the club's undisputed number one, missing just two games throughout the 2016/17 season.

Lafont's expert shot stopping was the catalyst for Toulouse's escape from relegation last season, and he was a fantastic prospect in FM17. Usually available for around £10-12 million, he was good enough to play for most mid-level clubs right away, and soon developed into one of the game's best players. We can only imagine that last season's performances will mean a significant increase for his attributes, and Toulouse aren't exactly flush with cash, which should make him relatively easy to acquire.
