You're not going to get more than 20 games out of him, but if you're looking for a solid, dependable lower league striker who will add goals to your squad, you can do a lot worse than Grant Holt.

The journeyman hasn't been prolific since he left Norwich, but his stats suggest he's better than his real life scoring record, and he'd definitely be a strong option for a squad place for a year or so. Particularly if you play direct and want someone to get onto the end of long balls and crosses (he's still got 15 for Heading).
