2. Youssouf Mulumbu

Position: DMC/MC

It wasn't so long ago that Youssouf Mulumbu was being linked with big moves away from West Brom, but a poor time at Norwich has led to him coming to the market as a free transfer. He's only 30, which is nothing for a player in his favoured position, and his stats still suggest there's a lower Premier League quality player in there. Or at least a useful squad player.

He's got a 12-14 spread for those attributes most associated with defensive midfield roles and he'd definitely be dependable for a Championship side and perhaps even above, which is why you'll probably see teams from the bottom half of other European leagues sniffing around him.
