When Chelsea beat a number of Premier League rivals to the signature of Rangers youngster Bill Gilmour, they landed one of Scottish football's top prospects and that is reflected in his Football Manager 2018 stats.

Most at home in central midfield or behind your strikers, the promising teen was training with the Rangers senior squad by age 15 and starring for Scotland Under-17s shortly after that. A bid of less than £500,000 can prise him away from Chelsea, but it will take several seasons of nurturing before he's ready to cut it in the Premier League.
