@brreeirik

As one of the older players on this list at 20, Nico Mickelson looks like a first-window purchase if you want to give the Norwegian the best chance at reaching his promising potential.

Currently turning out for Stromsgodset, Mickelson has made 4 appearances across all competitions as well as turning out for every Norwegian international youth level.

His ability to chase the ball up and down the right flank for 90 minutes without tiring is a fantastic starting block for this attacking wing-back, and his impressive crossing means he should be knocking up a few assists too.

With little pulling power in the Eliteserien, it should be fairly easy for a club of any moderate size to snap him up for a low fee.

Being fluent in English would make him perfect for any EFL Championship team looking to build for the future and reach the Premier League.
