Fortnite 2 Season 3 - 10 Tweaks It NEEDS To Stay On Top
10. Hackers
Since its inception, Fortnite has had hackers. This isn’t uncommon, I hasten to add. All games attract cheats but when the desire for an unfair advantage steps out of your own game and into an arena filled with other live players, it becomes morally wrong.
Over the years countless hackers have been exposed on Fortnite, utilising aim hacks that make it impossible to miss, wall hacks that enable the user to shoot through solid objects or even super speed. Such is their variety that it’s entirely possible many of the issues covered in this article are a consequence of hacking.
In light of this, Epic have increased efforts to deal with the problem, issuing lifetime bans to those caught utilising hacks and taking other preventative measures to boot. Unfortunately, though, many do still slip through the net.
The reason for this is that deciphering a hack from a glitch can be an impossible job. Oftentimes a player won’t even know that they’ve experienced one, assigning the blame to a bug or poor gameplay. While this is a complex matter, if Epic are able to iron out the majority of Fortnite’s glitches, then recognising a hack would become much simpler.
