25 years after V Day, Jinn served as the acting First Minister for the Coalition of Ordered Governments. She believed that the DeeBee’s should be used for the most dangerous of tasks and for fighting, attempting to reduce human COG casualties.

She cared for her people a great deal, but this would be at a detriment to all others who weren't with her - like the Outsiders, who she blamed for all the mysterious disappearances.

Like Anya before her, she is also opposed to using the Hammer of Dawn.
