This gargantuan gas-guzzler is a mainstay of the franchise, and with its bullet-consuming battering ram bulk exterior, it’s little wonder.

Deployed varyingly through the series from a civilian SUV to a strictly military monstrosity, the high-seated Hummer-parody gives players the feeling of steering a veritable beast on wheels as it careens through the streets. Few can stand before it, as evidenced by the resulting wreckage of those more pedestrian cars unfortunate enough to get in the way.

It’s hardly the most accessible of vehicles; in the early games the Patriot would appear mostly during short-lived five-star wanted level pursuits, meaning the player would usually find themselves promptly wasted in a hail of bullets if they tried to grand theft this particular auto.

Once you do manage to get behind the wheel, however, it’s a singular thrill that must be replicated in GTA 6.
