8. Every NPC Matters
The guy sporting a questionable porn star moustache in the picture above is a programmer who works for LiveInvader, GTA 5's answer to Facebook. He's geeky, loves mimicking Angus Young from AC/DC and wants to keep your help strictly "off the database". He's also one of 5's most well-realised incidental characters.
Wouldn't it be something if every NPC in 6 has that kind of depth? It's far-fetched, sure, but Rockstar have made a habit out of shattering pesky processing restrictions. Just look at how busy the streets, roads and internal areas of previous games have been. Now may be the time to ramp up the interaction, turning 'Average Joe' into something special.
Generally speaking, more needs to be happening with punters in GTA's world. We want to see more than just the occasional handbag being stolen or an argument between driver and pedestrian. Though this may well be a pipe dream, it's a good one.
