The Event: There may not be anything truly crazy about this one but if you track the thief down successfully and opt to return the bike instead of keeping it for yourself (I honestly dont know why you would keep it considering theres nothing special about it)this pedestrian will eventually give you $100,000 in stock. Money is fairly useless after some time so doing this mission early can be a huge benefit.
