Now bear with me a moment here because at first, at least to some, this maybe won't initially sound all that awesome. There were rumours flying around the net that GTA V would feature a full-scale economy; that buying property was in, a'la Vice City. Unfortunately, property purchasing will not be featured in GTA V, however, all is definitely not lost. According to Game Informer GTA V still features a "vibrant and fun economy" despite not featuring this property mechanics. While details are still admittedly a little sparse as to what exactly that entails, I for one pleased to hear that an economy will feature at all after GTA IV was left almost entirely without one. We'll unfortunately have to wait for more details on the subject of the economy but still, we now know for definite that there will be one in game. Which is, you know, pretty good news I'd say!
