Most prominent during missions, this can become mind-blowingly frustrating if you are reliant on another character to complete a task. My mind goes back again to San Andreas, and the Wrong Side of the Tracks mission with Big Smoke, yes we all know whats coming, all we had to do, was follow the damn train CJ!, yes Smoke, I did follow it, but you obviously cant hit a barn door with that uzi, so now were stuck in the middle of nowhere. This problem is not just confined to missions; however, as police never seem to chase anyone else, ambulances only seem to appear where you cause havoc, and there is never a fire for the fire service to deal with. Again, only minor frustrations, but things we hope are fixed for GTA V.
