According to a recent leak, Rockstar are planning to release a specially-themed Veterans Day DLC package that will include military-centric vehicles, attire and weapons. The publishers have released themed DLC before for GTA V, such as the Beach Bum content that added beach-based vehicles and clothing, and the aforementioned Valentines Day Massacre package. With Veterans Day (also known as Armistice Day here in the UK) coming up on November 11th, this rumour has a lot of credibility, and the possibilities it throws up are endless especially when it comes to military-style weapons. Could we see the return of the heat-seeking rocket launcher? Also known as the STINGER, this weapon featured in GTA: San Andreas but has yet to return to the series. Unlike your average, run-of-the-mill rocket launcher, the heat-seeking launcher automatically locks onto a nearby target, making it an effective tool to down police and military helicopters during the throes of a 5-star wanted level. It would make for an awesome bit of hardware, and would also make dealing with the SWAT that little bit easier.
