4. Boom Tube - Cyborg

How Do I Get It? Get Cyborg to level 20.

What Does It Do? A truly brilliant ability that completely changes the feel of playing as Cyborg, equipping Boom Tube replaces both his forward and back grapples, instead adding a short teleport.

Best of all, it can be used without meter drain, letting you evade any attack, zip behind foes and basically, be a total nightmare online. If you've ever played as or against Raiden in Mortal Kombat, it's that all over again.

Somewhat overpowered when used in conjunction with Cyborg's projectiles and other screen-filling attacks, this makes Cyborg one hell of a formidable force.
