Like some strange blend of design directions, Aquaman looks like the new DCEU Khal Drogo design mixed with Golden Age armour, routed through the animated series stature and dialogue delivery. Basically, if the final product was anything less than perfect, he could've looked like he was having a mid-life crisis, though a confident aesthetic only segues into a truly brilliant moveset.

Comprising plenty of trident-stabs with underwater blasts, distance-closing rushes and one of the most visually stunning supermoves in the game, Aquaman's in-game version is setting a solid precedent for the silver screen edition to follow up on.
