10. A New X-Wing Game

The X-Wing series of games for the PC set the standard for space dogfights.

Named after the famous spaceship class, the games offered players a chance to follow in the footsteps of galactic pilot icons like Luke Skywalker, Han Solo, and everyone's collective boy, Wedge Antilles.

The original X-Wing game spawned three sequels that allowed players to fly a variety of other iconic spacecraft, including TIE Fighters and even the Millennium Falcon.

The second game in the series was named the best game of all time by PC Gamer and Next Generation magazine called the series "second to none in the genre." However, there hasn't been a new X-Wing game in twenty years and perhaps it's time that changed.

An overhaul to the graphics and a port to the next generation of consoles could make an X-Wing game the perfect launch title for the new PlayStation or Xbox.

The nostalgia of the old games would bring back existing fans and the allure of piloting brand new ships from the Star Wars universe could bring in an entirely new generation of players.
