John Cena, Ultimate Warrior & Sasha Banks Confirmed For WWE 2K17
The Boss, The Champ, and The Warrior confirmed for forthcoming game.
WWE artist Rob Schamberger took the canvas at the WWE 2K17 booth at the 2016 Electronic Entertainment Expo in Los Angeles yesterday, and set about scribbling out the faces of the first names confirmed for this year's addition of the popular video game.
Three different eras of World Wrestling Entertainment were represented, as Schamberger and 2K confirmed that The Ultimate Warrior, John Cena and Sasha Banks will be included in the game. With two more Expo days to go, more big names are expected to be announced. Well, illustrated.
Truth be told this isn't surprising in the least. Warrior is a true icon of the past, John Cena is the biggest professional wrestler on the planet and Sasha Banks is going to spearhead the now and the future of women's wrestling. What it is however is a big step forward for Banks, who was controversially omitted from last year's game along with her Four Horsewomen compadres.
Who will Schamberger draw today? Expect more big names, with my money going on Jim Powers, the Beverley Brothers and Luther Reigns.
