Kingdom Hearts 3: Every Disney World Ranked From Worst To Best

Kingdom Hearts III has been out for a few weeks now, and whether you love it or found it less than totally satisfying, it's easy to see how the game's commitment to representing some of Disney's most prominent brands makes it effortlessly appealing.

Featuring eight Disney-centric worlds - though one of them's basically a short bonus level - KH3's selection ranges from locales of decades past to the groundbreaking work of Pixar and more recent films that became instant pop-culture phenomenons.

Sadly it's fair to say that there isn't much consistency between the worlds quality-wise, and as such they range from gorgeous and clever to, well, gorgeous but empty.

From the opening Olympus-set Hercules level to the vibrant insanity of Big Hero 6's San Fransokyo, this is how the eight Disney-themed worlds stack up compared to one another.

Granted, your enjoyment of each world is undeniably coloured by your fondness for the respective properties, but great game design is great game design (and if it sucks, it sucks)...
