15. Use Your Other Hand For Power-Ups While Drifting
The jury's still out on whether Mario Kart Tour's one-handed control scheme is genius or too restrictive, but if you've opted into the more accomplished "Manual Drifting" setup, you'll at least be able to, well, drift.

Done by sliding your thumb in either the left or right direction, you can use your other thumb during this motion to tap and use power-ups.
Simply tap launch things forward, or swipe downwards to fire shells or banana skins backwards.
