14. Stagger Pressing L+R To Extend Your Extreme Attack Window

One of the biggest issues with how overblown a lot of MUA 3's Extreme Attacks can be: You end up triggering them, only for a boss or enemy to simply move out the way.

Thankfully, the majority do have sizeable splash damage radiuses, but there is a way to guarantee you're making the most of each special:

Just wait and combo them together one-by-one, rather than at the same time.

Basically, once you've triggered one character's special, let the HUD animation play out and gameplay resume, then switch to another character, get them in a different position and hit L+R again.

Do this to get your entire squad using their specials across a MUCH bigger area, maximising coverage and not giving enemies anywhere to hide.
