29. Drax The Destroyer

Drax the Destroyer is a pretty basic heavy all things considered, but he has a few touches that stop him from slumming it with Luke Cage down the bottom of this list.

For one, his heavy attack, a leaping slam that brings his dual blades down on enemies with a raucous thunder, is incredibly useful as a crowd-control tactic, especially in the early game. In motion, he looks a little bit like a smaller Hulk, with more dexterity and agility, and that ain't a bad thing.

He sadly lacks the humour of Dave Bautista's version, but he's a reliable all-rounder.
