This is great news for Playstation 3 owners who previously have been unavailable to obtain these rewards until today as participation in Operation Goliath and Raptor events were only open to Xbox 360 and PC players. Bioware have made the announcement alongside a blog post which provided details for the upcoming multiplayer weekend event: Operation Silencer. The event starts tomorrow (Friday) and will continue through until Monday. It will focus on destroying Reaper banshees and there are hints from Bioware that the vorcha race will be playable. This task is an onerous one, and many of you are right to dread contact with these particular foes, but rest assured that we are prepared to reinforce your battalion with reserves. Meanwhile, PlayStation 3 users are being reassured that there is a known issue currently preventing them from seeing the promotion screen, but PS3 users will be able to take part and earn the rewards.
