6. Sunny Plays Penguin Adventure (MGS 4)

When Guns of the Patriots was first being demoed, fans remarked how awesome and meta it was that Snake's controller for the Metal Gear Mk II was a tiny DualShock, and it's a notion the full game would deliver on again - except in a far more subtle way. At numerous points in the story you'll be left to explore the Nomad aircraft, to which each character therein has their own pre-scripted animations to be getting on with. Otacon checks in on his emails, whilst Sunny does a number of things from attempting to cook eggs, to whipping out her PSP and playing Penguin Adventure. The first game Kojima would have a hand in developing it's a perfectly subtle little nod to his past and future colliding, and although you can't get hands on it yourself, Sunny plays through the Ice Path level for quite some time - its adorable chiptune soundtrack also being audible throughout.
