9. Johnny Sasaki Returns In Cassette Tape Form

It wouldn't be a Metal Gear Solid game without someone experiencing bowel problems, as has been the case for Johnny Sasaki in pretty much every single game (and his grandfather in MGS3). Johnny nor any of his relatives may directly appear in MGSV (at least as far as has been discovered so far), but he certainly shows up in spirit if you can pick up the "Soldier with Stomachache" cassette tape, which features an 18-second track called "Recorded in the Toilet". Yep, it's pretty much exactly what you expect: 18 seconds of someone with severe intestinal discomfort, crapping out their insides and letting out some gnarly farts and moans for "good" measure too. Because even games as smart and intricately-detailed as these aren't above some scatological humour every now and then...
