Overview: The commander of a PF, known as the Major, has been spreading a rumor about selling nuclear weapons. Tail his subordinate, and eliminate the Major. Hilariously easy, but also somewhat entertaining considering the amount of carnage you can cause in a short burst of time. Just follow the subordinate to the meeting, then destroy the entire fleet of soldiers any way you wish, though a rocket launcher or well-placed grenade are typically the most amusing. If you're going for an S-rank, just pull out your tranq pistol and put them all to sleep, then run in and Fulton everyone: piece of cake. As long as you don't get yourself spotted before the meeting, this one's a lot of fun despite its simplicity.
