Coming straight out of left field with this entry, someone as far removed from visceral combat as you'd could imagine - Pee Wee Herman.

You're probably wondering why Paul Reuben's most famous role would be used in such an inane way, but here's the pitch: His pitch. Pee Wee talks in a usually soft manner, but on occasion can put such a deep inflection in his voice, a bit like Bobcat Goldthwait of Police Academy fame.

It would be such an out-there concept to have a somewhat family friendly character as a voiceover, but the various vocal pitches would make it entertaining... maybe.
